This is a top-tier, full-size kit, with full-depth wooden shells that sport an attractive pearl white finish and feel quite similar to acoustic drums.

The kit includes a 14" PDA-140DS digital snare, one 10" PDA100 tom, one 12" PDA120 tom, one 14" PDA140F floor tom, one 14" VH-14D hi-hat, two 16" CY-16R-T crash cymbals, one 18" CY-18DR ride, and a 22" KD-222 kick drum. The components mount on the included chrome-plated double-braced stands and drum boom stand.

Sounds are provided by the TD-50X Drum Sound Module, which stores 100 drum kits (over 50 presets) and over 900 individual instruments. Each instrument can be customized with compression, EQ, reverb, and multieffects. Play along to songs with the onboard song player, and import your own songs and sounds for practicing and jamming via an SD card (available separately).

Note: This package does not include a kick pedal, a snare stand, a hi-hat stand, a drum throne, or an SD card.

For computer-based music production, you have the ability to send up to 32 channels of digital audio over USB for premium-quality transfer. MIDI I/O is also supported over USB and traditional five-pin connectors.

Roland DTS-30S Heavy-Duty Stand for V-Drums

The DTS-30S from Roland is a heavy-duty set of drum stands designed to provide stable and secure support for the VAD706 kit. Included are two DCS-30 cymbal/tom stands, one DBS-30 cymbal boom stand, and one PDS-20 module stand. A complete set of TRS trigger cables with discreet transparent jackets are also provided.

The DCS-30 and DBS-30 cymbal mounts easily accommodate the natural swinging motion of the V-Cymbals. Use the three telescopic tube sections to set the most comfortable height for your playing—the boom arm has a ball clamp mount for flexible cymbal positioning. Perfect for Roland V-Pads, the L-rod tom mounts on the DCS-30 stands feature strong ball clamps that can be adjusted without affecting the cymbal height.

The PDS-20 is included to secure the V-Drums sound module or a Roland percussion instrument from the SPD and HandSonic series. All the stands feature double-braced tripod legs and large-diameter tubes for strength and stability.
